Meaningful categories, not just generic labels
A single category such as "Food" can hide very different kinds of spending. Groceries, restaurants, coffee, takeout and food delivery may all end up looking like the same expense when everything is grouped together.
Spend Glance supports hierarchical categories, allowing spending to be organised at different levels.

Why detailed categories matter
A generic expense category can hide useful information. Two people might each spend ₹10,000 on "Food", but one might be spending most of it on groceries while the other spends most of it on restaurants and delivery.
Those are very different spending patterns.
A more detailed category structure lets Spend Glance show that difference. You can use the broader category for an overview and drill down into subcategories when you want more detail.
